Our Hotel & Apart pays attention to reducing waste and limiting energy and water consumption. We offer hospitality, comfort and quality, but we also try to respect a sustainable lifestyle by recourse to ecological furnishings as the parquet, by using recycled products as the toilet paper and personal care product that do not contain substances harmful to environment.
We promote the local cuisine, we propose to visiting the cultural goods of Milan and we encourage people to use bicycles and public transports.
Cleaning
For the sanitisation of rooms, apartments and communal areas, our eco-friendly hotel uses suppliers whose products are certified to European standards, in order to ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety.

Laundry
Our Hotel chose to work with a industrial laundry which provides exclusively “microbiologically tested” linen, according to the European regulation UNI EN 14065.
Our linen is certified with ISO 9001 for Quality Management Standards and ISO 14001 for Environmental Management – which are essential steps of the development plan designed by the European Commission, the “Europe 2020“. We hope to create value for our guests and the environment.
